To the extent a product specific notice is made available and expressly identified as controlling for a specific feature, such specific notice shall govern solely for that feature and solely to the extent of direct inconsistency. In all other respects, this Privacy Policy remains fully operative.

Subject to applicable law, we may process account identifiers, contact details, authentication metadata, device metadata, network metadata, operational logs, session telemetry, event records, platform diagnostics, support communications, moderation signals, abuse indicators, and other technically necessary information generated through your use of the services. We do not intentionally collect precise location data unless such collection is expressly required by an enabled feature and affirmatively authorized by the user through device level permissions or equivalent consent flow where required by law.

Deletion requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law; however, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups, immutable logs, and legally required archives for limited periods where technically unavoidable or legally mandated.
8. Security and Incident Response Limitations
BePicky applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of personal data. Notwithstanding commercially reasonable measures, no security architecture is infallible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BePicky disclaims absolute security guarantees and shall not be deemed in breach solely by reason of a sophisticated or unavoidable security event absent demonstrable failure to apply reasonable controls required under applicable law.
9. Data Subject Rights and Verification Protocols
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data, and where applicable, rights to withdraw consent. BePicky may require reasonable identity verification prior to actioning any request and may deny, limit, or defer requests where legally permitted, including circumstances involving legal privilege, fraud prevention, rights of others, system security, disproportionate technical burden, or conflicting legal obligations.

10. Minors and Age Restricted Processing
Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly process personal data from children under 13 in a manner requiring parental authorization unless explicitly supported by lawful process. Any automated compatibility outputs, scoring, categorizations, recommendations, or data driven inferences are informational in nature and may depend on third party inputs, incomplete records, or evolving product information. Such outputs do not constitute medical, legal, dietary, or other licensed professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for independent verification and final decision making.
12. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, including to address legal developments, product evolution, and risk controls. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
